Rightly termed as shadowy planets, Greater significance has been attached to the role of Rahu in influencing human affairs in various dimensions, especially from the period of Adam has taken existence along with Eve.

However, the goat also symbolises the scapegoat, the person or thing upon which people project the inferior side of themselves in order to feel better about themselves. Thus the Devil is the scapegoat we blame for our troubles in life; which exactly happened with Eve in the garden of Eden; by getting lured by apple and the trouble started in their lives.

Native is likely to have good relations with the government, but if he engages in business connected with Ketu, like electrical equipments, then he will incur loss in the business.

Ketu or Dragan’s Tail acts like a sly fox and attacks anybody without let them known. In the card the representation of the Devil has the wings of a vampire bat, an animal that sucks the life blood out of its prey. This is symbolic of what happens when we give full reign to the realm of our raw desires. We lose our vitality and life energy. The Devil has an almost hypnotic stare, bringing those who come near him within his power. Dragon’s Tail or Ketu signifies the darker side of magic or occultism; Tantra Kriya and something which is related to the dark kingdom.

At the foot of the Devil stands a man and a woman, both naked and to the podium on which the Devil sits. They appear to be held here, against their will, which is exactly when people knows about the truth of the situation but couldn’t resists themselves in doing wrong.

This symbolises that bondage to the Devil is ultimately a voluntary matter which consciousness can release.  This can only be overcome by self awareness and MEDITATION.
